FLAMINGOS CLUB RESIDENCIAL - Flamingos Club Residencial
is an urban development that combines residential
and commercial real estate. with modern services,
a private club and a convenient regional shopping center. Flamingos
Club Residencial is located in the Vallarta-Punta
Mita corridor only 10 minutes north of the airport, near beaches,water
sports and Puerto Vallarta's many attractions.
The urban concept divides the property into two areas, a single-family

residential development, as well as the new Ocean Vista apartments

Robert Van Hagge. The new residential home sites and a country
club will round out the private gated community. Along with
this project, Paradise Village has also initiated a new residential
project, Grand Tortuga, which includes 400 luxury condominiums
facing the ocean, and a 264-unit development,
Grand Marina Villas, overlooking a residential canal area. These
